Bill Griffin formed The Griffin Law Firm in 2003 after six years as a Deputy Public Defender. The firm has consistantly repesented cliengs in all level of cases ever since, ranging from DUI to First Degree Murder. The Griffin Law Firm recognizes the fact that it doesn't matter what you are charged with, what matter is having a lawyer beside you that cares.

Tracey Eubanks Griffin
Tracey is a tenacious, undaunting defender of all people who find themselves in the grips of the criminal justice system.
Tracey graduated from the University of Denver School of law in 2000 after obtaining her BA from Arizona State University in 1997.
Tracey has spent her entire career defending those less fortunate, with a particular emphasis on children who can get lost in "the system." Tracey spent eleven years as a Deputy State Public Defender before joining The Griffin Law Firm in 2010. Her trial experience is unmatched, and prosecutors know that when she walks in a courtroom, they are in for a fight.
Tracey was awarded Outstanding Juvenile Defense Attorney of the year in 2018 for her work defending kids caught up in the system.
Tracey is a fighter who will not let the government stand in the way of you and your constitutional rights.
Bill Griffin
Bill Griffin started The Griffin Law Firm in 2003 after six years as a Deputy State Public Defender. Bill brought the same, client first appreciation he learned through the rigors of being a public defender to his private practice.
